Project Location – This scope forms part of the work for CBH Groups’ 2019 Harvest Program in Western Australia. Location of the Works is at CBHs’ Lake Grace Site which is circa 250km or 2 hours 43 mins drive North of Albany.

Scope of Work
Electrical works for both CLS installation and E-Pit installation including supply of all electrical and communication equipment required and termination to mains power supply.
Interlec was contracted to supply, install and commission all electrical equipment required to run the Epit, augers, CLS, SLO and the 2 way valve at the Garner Bin including connection to mains power supply on site. This includes but not limited to the following:
- Supply, installation and termination of all electrical cable as per the drawings and cable schedule.
- Supply and installation of new feeder to CLSX in S-type MCC.
- Supply and installation of PLC hardware. PLC software and HMI configuration to integrate new flow-path into existing control system (existing PLC code and HMI configuration will be supplied) to be included as Provisional Sum 2.1 in commercial schedule.
- Supply and installation of elevator blocked chute sensor and cable.
- Supply and installation of new cable from existing junction box to new 2-way valve.
- Supply and installation of conduits as per site and standard drawings.
- Supply and installation of 600mm conveyor cable ladder.
- Supply and installation of hinged light poles.
- Supply and installation of motor control centre.
- Supply and installation of area emergency stops.
- Supply and installation of auger motor decontactors.
- Supply and installation of all, local control stations, marshaling boxes, and complete with stands.
- Supply and installation of stacker loader outlet boxes.
- Supply and installation of conveyor motor cable reducing box.
- Supply and installation of horns and lanyards.
- Supply and installation of all equipment listed in the drawings.
- Testing and signing off all electrical and communication works.
- Completing and submitting redline drawings to CBH representative.
- All in-ground services shall be surveyed before backfilling.
